Mel B has withdrawn her domestic violence restraining order against Stephen Belafonte after they settled a portion of their divorce agreement.
The two are thought to have reached an agreement during the proceedings and it is thought that the decision means Belafonte will now be able to see their six-year-old daughter Madison.
The court hearing between the two was scheduled to begin on November 6 after Mel claimed that her estranged husband was abusive to her and enjoyed an affair with their nanny Lorraine Gilles
It is set to include 56 videos of the former Spice Girl as evidence, claiming to show her snorting cocaine and engaging in ‘sexual activity’; court papers also claimed that the America’s Got Talent judge had suffered from drug and alcohol abuse, which Belaftone has claimed was what destroyed their 10-year marriage.

Mel’s lawyers however stated some of the sex acts shown in the videos are ‘non-consensual’, and they claimed she was drugged throughout her marriage of 10 years and didn’t consent to either them being filmed or having sex.
Gilles, who was the children’s nanny, has claimed she and Mel had a seven-year sexual relationship together, which included threesomes with Belafonte.
